About this Position

Responsible for driving the end-to-end strategic and cross-functional initiatives across our commercial ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of internal operations and external partner experience to identifying root causes, streamlining workflows, and championing scalable solutions that elevate both vendor satisfaction and performance.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

Strategic Project Management

  • Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional initiatives that address both internal inefficiencies and external partner pain points.
  • Develop clear project charters, define scope and success metrics, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Design process improvements and oversee execution from planning through implementation.
  • Establish and maintain structured project plans, aligning timelines, resources, and accountability across involved teams.
  • Run structured project governance: maintain timelines, track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed
  • Act as the main point of contact from the Commercial team, facilitating working sessions with product, supply chain, ops, finance, and other functions to ensure timely resolution and visibility

Change Management

  • Design and execute structured change management plans for new tools, policies, or workflows.
  • Ensure smooth implementation through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and training where needed.
  • Monitor adoption and proactively address resistance or friction points.

BAU

  • Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
  • Facilitate recurring issue review and resolution meetings across teams, enabling faster decisions and better coordination.

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from reputable universities
  • In-depth understanding of business process optimization and continuous improvement principles
  • Six sigma or Lean Certification is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or operations excellence.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or tech-based businesses is preferred
  • Proven record in leading a team composed of 2-4 people

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: Excel (advanced), SQL, data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Proficient in project and task management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Skilled in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement frameworks
