About this Position

We are looking for a Lead Commercial Quality who will play an important role in ensuring product quality and market needs alignment by working closely with farmers, vendors, and internal teams. This role will be responsible for managing quality standards, food safety, specbook migration, and cross-functional coordination between Astro Farm, Quality Ops, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Strong understanding of both quality management and market needs, with the ability to act as a bridge between Astro Farm, Quality Ops, and vendors through effective communication.
• Experienced in handling large-scale specbook migration with high SKU volume.
• Good understanding of Food Safety and QAQC structure, including quality assurance, quality control, implementation of food safety standards, product quality monitoring, issue investigation, corrective actions, and ensuring all operational processes comply with standards and regulations
• Result-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts, especially related to quality and cross-functional coordination.

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (preferred), Food Technology, or other related fields.
• Experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control, preferably in fresh products or FMCG industry, is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, responsive, and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Able to make quick and accurate decisions based on operational conditions and business needs.
• Strong communication and specification negotiation skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
