tionWe are looking for a SHE Associate who is responsible for support the implementation of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programs, conducting routine inspections in working area and assisting in monthly SHE reports for manageme

nt.

ptionAs our Astronaut, your missions

• are:Support the implementation of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and environmental programs in accordance with company standards and applicable regulat
• ions.Conduct routine inspections in the work area to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improve
• ment.Monitor compliance with the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipm
• ent).Prevent potential warehouse accidents that result in LTI (Lost Time Injury), fatalities, and asset da
• mage.Assist in preparing monthly SHE reports for management and quarterly reports for the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker) or relevant institut
• ions.Record, report, and follow up on incidents, workplace accidents, and near mi
• sses.Support the implementation of SHE socialization, training, and campaigns for emplo
• yees.Help increase awareness of a safe and sustainable work cul
• ture.Assist in the preparation and execution of SHE-related au
• dits.Ensure SHE-related documents and permits are always up to
• date.Build and maintain good relationships with industrial estate management, government bodies, and other external par

ties.
Job Require

ments:In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to

• have:Minimum of 2 years of experience in the SHE field (preferably from the warehousing or logistics indu
• stry).Hold a General OSH Officer (AK3 Umum) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemen
• aker).Ability to educate on and implement SHE practices directly in the
• field.Cultural fit with
• ASTRO.Adaptable for placement across various ASTRO Facil
• ities.Strong problem s
• olver.Data-driven for data repo
• rting.Understand basic knowledge regarding SHE and environmental regulations (Labor Law, Permenaker, Government Regulations, ISO, OHSAS,
• etc.).Capable of creating systematic and well-organized SHE re
• ports.Attention to detail, disciplined, and metic
• ulous.Good communication skills, with the ability to deliver SHE education to various levels of empl
• oyees.Understand HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) and JSA (Job Safety Anal
• ysis).Able to collaborate effectively in cross-departmental
• teams.Able to utilize basic formulas for Spreads
• heets.Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides,

etc.).
