About this Positions:
As a Fulfillment Midmile Excellence Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our logistics and warehouse network. This role focuses on improving midmile and fulfillment processes, ensuring SOP compliance, optimizing operational flow, and supporting scalable logistics operations
Job Description
- Design and set up a Logistic operation process focusing on Warehouse
- Coordinate with internal Operational and cross functional teams such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and external parties on project and process flow operational improvement deliverables.
- Working closely with all Warehouses teams all around the Jabodetabek area.
- Ensure Operation on field excellence (directly on field).
- Ensure all Operations understand all processes and sop correctly be followed on field (inspection process).
- Ensuring project deliverables are delivered in timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Background: 2–3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Logistics, or E-commerce.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transport Management Systems), and MS Office
- Operational Mastery: Deep understanding of fulfillment principles and scheduling best practices.
- Vendor Relations: Proven ability to manage 3PL vendors, including contract negotiation and relationship building.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design long-term, sustainable solutions rather than "firefighting" short-term issues.
- Field-Ready: Highly willing to work directly on-site with minimal supervision.
- Agility: A growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong coordination skills to bridge the gap between office strategy and field execution.
