About this Position

We are looking for a PPIC Supervisor who is responsible for planning and monitoring production schedules, ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve production targets efficiently while maintaining operational excellence and on-time delivery.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

  • Develop daily and weekly production and capacity plans.
  • Monitor actual production performance against the production plan and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality Control (QC), Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage production schedules, order priorities, and material availability.
  • Prepare PPIC reports and monitor KPI achievement.

Job Requirements:

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Inventory Control, with at least supervisory-level experience.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, production planning from raw materials to finished goods, and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and optimize operational performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in shifts within a dynamic operational environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.).
