This is more than a day-to-day operations role. You'll own business problems end-to-end, leverage data and technology to drive improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product, Data, and Demand Planning teams to enhance supply chain performance at scale.

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end supply chain initiatives across Fresh or Frozen categories, ensuring optimal inventory availability while minimizing waste and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and execute supply planning strategies based on business demand and operational requirements.
  • Monitor inventory health, stock levels, lead times, and warehouse occupancy to proactively prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation plans to maintain operational stability.
  • Lead and improve key supply chain initiatives such as: New SKU onboarding, Inventory flush-out strategy, Hub-to-hub inventory balancing, high-volume item management, mini SLOC movement optimization, local operations improvement, non-halal warehouse management
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure supply chain performance.
  • Build dashboards, automate analyses, and improve internal workflows using SQL, Python, Google Sheets, and AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with data.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is required; Python is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar) to automate analyses and improve operational processes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from problem identification through execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to continuously improve business processes in a fast-paced environment.
