About this Position
As an HRBP/People Partner, you’ll be the bridge between people and business. You’ll work closely with leaders to understand business needs, identify people challenges, and turn them into practical People strategies.
From organization and workforce planning to talent, performance, and employee experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different People topics while partnering with various functions.

Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
Business & People Partnering
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, provide people insights, and act as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger on people and organizational matters.
Organization & Workforce Planning
- Support organization design, workforce planning, MPP, role clarity, and organizational changes to ensure the right structure and capability are in place.
Talent & Leadership
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, career development, promotion, retention, and leadership development for critical talent and roles.
Performance Management
- Partner with leaders to manage performance effectively, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement.
Employee Relations & People Risk
- Support complex employee cases, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and Industrial Relations while ensuring appropriate risk management and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
People Programs & Employee Experience
- Lead the implementation and adoption of key People initiatives across the assigned functions, ensuring programs are translated into practical business actions.
People Analytics & Insights
- Use people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with People COEs and other stakeholders to ensure People solutions are aligned with business needs and effectively executed.
Job Requirements
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree (D3/D4) in any major
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.
- Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Having a strong business acumen.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and organizational change processes.
- Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence, and build credibility across all levels and functions.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced industry is preferred
