Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $137,700 - $183,600

Zone B: $124,000 - $165,300

Zone C: $114,300 - $152,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Your future team

We are seeking a senior manager who is passionate about driving initiatives to scale our finance business processes and support our rapidly growing global organization. You will also lead and help solve issues through data exploration and the implementation of AI solutions. You will report to the Head of Finance Enablement & Operations.

You'll get to:

• Drive process and data analysis. Identify root causes and implement changes to improve process efficiency and boost team productivity.

• Partner closely with IT & Finance stakeholders to plan and drive operational improvement initiatives through technology/automation.

• Utilize our Atlassian suite of collaboration tools with project management principles and AI features to support cross-functional teams toward shared success.

• Shape and drive the vision for making the Finance function more lean and agile.

• Manage and coordinate Finance integration activities for businesses acquired through the M&A process.

Your background

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting operations, process and system assessments and redesign. Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong plus.

• Experience in deploying data science in support of business objectives.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Strong business partnering skills and a consultative mindset.

• Passion for program management, ability to plan, scope and monitor projects, identify risks and solve problems.
