Marketing Localization Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Localization Manager to help drive end-to-end localization processes and deliver an extraordinary international customer experience. You will be working together with our internal marketing team, developing roadmaps, estimates, and execution plans, in order to deliver a high-quality, localized customer experience. You will also work together with other Marketing Localization Managers and our language service providers to improve processes and develop company-wide awareness of localization.


  • Manage localization projects from initiation to completion.

  • Work closely with external language vendors to ensure on time, high-quality translation delivery.

  • Maintain complex localization schedules and effectively manage concurrent tasks.

  • Create, track, adhere, and report on project budgets.

  • Maintain clear and consistent project status reporting for team members and stakeholders.

  • Work with team members and other stakeholders across various locations and time zones to drive projects to successful completion.

  • Drive issue resolution and address contingencies in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to the continued improvement and streamlining of our workflows.


  • At least a few years of experience in the project management of multi-language programs at a tech company.

  • Experience with translation management and content management systems.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques.

  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Flexible approach to people, projects, and assignments.

It's great, but not required, if you have:

  • Experience with cloud-based translation management platforms.

  • Experience in language quality management.

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
