Atlassian K.K. is currently looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate leads online.

This position will closely collaborate with the Japan marketing and sales teams and will directly report to the Head of Japan Marketing.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the web development team to manage the Japanese company website.

  • Plan and execute various campaigns including website, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising.

  • Establish and maintain our social media presence by designing and building engaging content.

  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing digital marketing and editorial calendars in collaboration with content creators.

  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.

  • Measuring, reporting and recommending on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance while brainstorming new growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Execute experiments and conversion tests while collaborating with internal teams to create user-friendly landing pages.

  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels using strong analytical ability. Identify critical conversion points & drop-off points for optimizing user funnels.


On the first day, we’ll expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.

  • Native-level Japanese, advanced-level English.

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of websites, ads, and marketing analytics tools.

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

  • You appreciate thinking outside the box, operate with a sense of urgency, and have a knack for finding unique solutions to problems.

  • You're a strong communicator and have excellent writing skills.

  • You're comfortable working autonomously but also thrive in a team setting.

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and across different teams.

  • Strategic thinking with a strong combination of GSD mentality - you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.

And it's admired, but not required, if:

  • 10+ years of experience either in a B2B marketing role or a customer-facing position.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and solutions.
