As Senior Principal Product Manager for Jira, you will have a director-level role on the Jira team as an individual contributor with substantial input on both strategy and execution. • A track record of building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels of the organization whether it’s your team, peers, or executives.

  • Experience building a compelling business case for new opportunities

  • A track record in using research and can analyse trends in data using it to show customer impact

Typically, product managers at this level at Atlassian have:

  • 10+ years of product management experience

  • Computer science or a related technical degree
