We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Growth Platform team. We are in the early days of development on a new platform that will dramatically improve the quality of customer messaging at Atlassian and turbocharge the growth of the business. You will join a squad of high-performing and collaborative PMs, Engineers, and Designers who have gotten initial traction and are ready to start scaling.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the role of Principal Product Manager for In this pivotal position, you will have clear ownership of shaping and enhancing the user experiences that drive our product-led growth initiatives for Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a personalized experience for all users visiting our website. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of strategies. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong track record in developing and implementing successful PLG experiences. This role will report into the Head of Product - Growth Platform.

  • Identify and prioritize new product-led growth experiences to acquire users to our platform

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a well funded product team

  • Ship customer-facing experiences that will reach millions of users

  • Build relationships with a range of teams to bring your features to market

  • Work cross functionally with leaders in Product, Growth, Marketing, and Data/ ML

  • You have 10+ years' experience building high-quality, successful products and experiences. Prior product-led growth and people management experience is a strong plus.

  • You’re comfortable breaking down big problem spaces into concrete strategies and plans

  • You’re data-driven with the ability to get into the weeds and understand the impact of your work

  • You're able to make progress at a fast pace and carry others along with you in an environment with multiple opinionated stakeholders


At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800

Zone B: $171,400 - $228,500

Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
