Your future team

As a senior sales leader, you will report to Jessica Gilroy (APAC Head of GTM & Enterprise Sales). You will lead a distributed team of senior enterprise sellers, who as a team are responsible for the top 40-50 existing Atlassian customers across SEA, India, the greater China region and South Korea. This incredible opportunity will have you lead from the front, modelling best in-class leadership, and taking direct ownership for the Asia-focused Enterprise team whilst based here in Australia.

Here's an idea of the kinds of things you'll get to do:

  • Develop and implement strategy to build the pipeline and generate revenue.

  • Be an expert in selling to C-Suite executives, and operate autonomously at scale.

  • Be a leader who will retain and nurture talent and be an “Exec Sponsor” helping teams navigate complex sales cycles and be a trusted advocate for the customer.

  • Advocate for our customers, promoting their needs and uncovering additional value we can add to their organisation.

  • You will be a brand ambassador at larger scale customer events across your team’s geographical markets.


Your background

You have experience building and implementing sales strategies within an enterprise software company. You have lead geographically dispersed teams within a hyper-growth companies.
