To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $164,500 - $219,300

Zone B: $148,000 - $197,400

Zone C: $136,500 - $182,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the pacific standard timezone.

Your future team

We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative legal team at Atlassian! You’ll join a team of legal professionals building a new product counsel function at Atlassian. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Deputy General Counsel of Product, who in turn reports to the General Counsel.

Successful teammates bring deep experience with program management, a history of working with product teams at a tech company, and an interest in understanding the unique considerations that apply to a Legal team.

What you'll do

• Drive Legal program management for Atlassian's artificial intelligence product launches

• Identify and participate in touch points with the R&D organization to ensure Product Counsel is across from relevant R&D planning and work

• Work with Legal Operations to design and implement the tooling needed to manage work and make data-informed decisions

• Design and facilitate team rituals including team meetings and offsites

• Run quarterly and annual team planning to establish work ownership and prioritization

• Run plays to ensure smooth operations between departments within Legal

Your background

• 7 + years of experience in program management

• Background in program management with product teams at a high-growth SaaS tech company

• Success with stakeholder management for product/feature launches
