Reporting to the Head of Product Enterprise Growth & Monetisation, the Senior Group Product Manager, Enterprise Growth role has a primary focus on ensuring we unblock barriers to Jira Service Management (JSM) growth by working with teams to deliver on must have Enterprise big rocks and differentiators.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create strategic direction and clarity for JSM's Enterprise roadmap so that we are balancing investments appropriately across JSM

  • Drive cross-org and function decision making to ensure we are growing our Enterprise customer base

  • Directly lead and inspire the orgs which support Assets Management and Scale feature sets

  • Present Atlassian and JSM at partner and customer events

  • Own programs of work encouraging teams to build creative solutions and offering high quality and actionable recommendations

  • Be deeply involved in the review of month-to-month business performance related to Enterprise growth goals

  • Work directly with development and design squads at all levels of the organisation to drive prioritisation & alignment

  • Mentor and inspire a growing team of 7-9 experienced Product Managers

  • Lead as Snr PM on high-priority customer discovery and escalation meetings

  • Experienced in working on commercial side of Enterprise Product Management; taking SaaS products to market at Enterprise scale, ideally in the ITSM space

  • Must be comfortable leading a Portfolio of different domains that may not be connected and leading projects which cut across the whole organisation

  • Solid people management experience with a love for developing and mentoring Product Managers, while holding them accountable for multiple streams of work

  • Clarity of vision for your product / portfolio that provides the team with direction and inspiration

  • The ability to distill abstract challenges into strategy and break that down into a cohesive plan that empowers teams to turn problems into user and Atlassian success

  • The ability to ruthlessly prioritize and the technical know-how to partner closely with engineering to execute on the roadmap you define

  • Masterful communication, networking and stakeholder management skills that enable you to tell a compelling story at the right level to inspire any audience
