On Your First Day We’ll Expect You To Have

  • 15+ years of privacy (or related) experience, with direct involvement working with the General Counsel/CLO.

  • Demonstrated ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional executives (C-suite, Chief Trust Officer, CISO, Board members etc.). A history of developing a culture of getting to “yes and”.

  • Deep understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and frameworks, such as GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. Insight into the generative AI industry and emerging trends.

  • The ability to think BIG and chart a strategic direction for the Privacy team. The ability to develop followership and explain the “why” behind this strategic vision.

  • Passion for leading a growing and hungry Privacy team, with demonstrated success in hiring the best talent on the market, and developing their careers.

  • Strong communication skills that translate complex privacy topics into easily digestible content for technical teams.

  • Direct, action-oriented approaches to solving problems.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

  • A team-oriented mentality, humility, and a healthy sense of humor.
