Job Overview

Our global ecosystem of Solution Partners is a vital part of our growing Enterprise business. The Channel Marketing team at Atlassian helps our partners accelerate their businesses by delivering innovative marketing programs, full-funnel campaigns and assets targeted at relevant personas. On the team, we're seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for EMEA. You will work closely with the Channel Sales team and partners to support the attainment of annual Channel objectives. Ability to translate global priorities to the local market as well as utilize data and local insights to develop impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and preference in the region.

Roles/Responsibilities

· Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive growth.

· Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives.

· Manage marketing relationships with channel partners to maximize opportunities.

· Create and execute a territory-specific strategy leveraging different sets of integrated marketing that enables partners to attract new customers and grow existing accounts.

· Define the co-marketing strategy that expands Atlassian and our partners reach

· Support the Development Fund program strategy that results in high ROI activities

· Understand local partner requirements for program localization and local execution support

· Conduct partner marketing readiness assessments

· Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements

· Measure, analyze, and report on local channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI

· Partner with Marketing & Sales Analytics on defining requirements for reporting/dashboards to support regional and/or corporate initiatives Support collection and analysis of indirect buyer insights and audience segmentation

· Advocate on behalf of the channel sales team and partners to educate the Atlassian corporate marketing team on their needs

· Support local channel sales efforts to recruit partners that match local requirements

· Event management

Experience

· 6-8 Years Channel Marketing or related Marketing Experience B2B/B2C, Distribution, Field Marketing

· 6-8 Years of local market experience e.g. what effective marketing levers work well

· Digital Marketing knowledge e.g. paid ad customer acquisition, linkedin/facebook campaigns, can develop a digital marketing strategy Have developed a marketing strategy

Organizational Interlocks

Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization and within the core team:

· Channel sales teams

· Global/regional channel marketing team

· Channel operations

· Partner/sales enablement

· Marketing communications Product/solution marketing

· Event marketing
