About Your Future Team

You will sit on the Revenue Enablement team, and report directly to the Head of Enablement.

The Revenue Enablement team exists to empower Atlassian's sales force with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in best serving potential and current customers while achieving Atlassian’s most ambitious goals.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the Enablement Team's strategic initiatives, focusing on the Field’s learning experience and engagement, leveraging strategic planning and business process optimization to foster growth and efficiency in overall Field learning.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as liaison for the Enablement Team with myriad stakeholders, effectively communicating strategic visions, fostering stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful initiative execution.

  • Team Development: Mentor and guide high-performing teams within the Enablement Team towards achieving strategic objectives, emphasizing continuous improvement, skill enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Enablement Process Innovation: Propel the transformation of company-wide enablement processes, significantly increasing the rate of innovation and technology adoption, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving market landscape. This includes streamlining Enablement operations by managing suppliers/contractors, technology choices, and optimizing budget allocations.

  • KPI Definition and Accountability: Define critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Enablement Team, establishing clear goals and implementing robust tracking mechanisms to ensure accountability and consistent achievement of these targets.

  • Sales Methodology: Identify/Develop and implement an effective sales methodology tailored to enhance field team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.


  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives in a global, distributed-first environment

  • Expertise leading and tailoring communications strategies.

  • Deep experience managing multiple complex, technical projects and ensuring execution excellence

  • Experience being a strategic partner to an internal leadership team

  • Experience defining KPIs and using data to guide decisions and improvements

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $198,800 - $265,000

Zone B: $178,900 - $238,500

Zone C: $165,000 - $220,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
