The role of a partner marketing manager is crucial in providing support to Atlassian Solution Partners in the APAC region. This position entails collaborating with partners to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with both Atlassian and partner goals. Close collaboration with partners and the Channel Sales team is essential for organizing and implementing initiatives aimed at boosting visibility, generating partner leads, and enhancing customer and channel connections.
Serving as the go-to expert for APAC Solution Partners, providing consulting and support
Managing a portfolio of 15-20 Solution Partners within the region, all to have a co-developed marketing plan to include MDF and Non-MDF activities
Planning, executing, and evaluating all local partner marketing initiatives, including to-partner, through-partner, and for-partner activities aligned with Atlassian's channel priorities and sales goals
Ensuring the achievement of lead generation and demand creation pipeline targets for all partner marketing activities by forecasting, planning, and meeting set objectives. This involves establishing targets and lead generation metrics in collaboration with partner sales and partners based on development fund marketing plans
Developing and providing consulting on local partner engagement activities such as partner events, to-partner communications, and partner marketing assessments
Analyzing and reporting on partner marketing pipeline activities by creative SFDC activity validation tickets to assess their impact on pipeline health and evaluate marketing effectiveness and return on investment
Facilitating the onboarding of new partners to Atlassian’s Partner Marketing Center and enhancing partner utilization of the platform
Collaborating with the internal localization team or agencies on campaign and content translation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables
Soliciting feedback from Solution Partners to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement, continuously enhancing campaigns based on partner input
Proactively creating joint customer success stories to highlight best practices and showcase strong partner relationships
