The beauty of Confluence Whiteboards is that it truly is for all teams. Whether you’re part of a software, marketing, or strategy team, it has value to a wide variety of personas. Because of its breadth of use cases, the market is rapidly growing and innovating on how best to serve these different personas and improve their collaboration through a highly flexible medium.

World-class dev cycle: We believe a world-class dev cycle & environment is fundamental to our success. Our local devloop takes less than a second, and our deployments take minutes. We need your help to maintain and protect the environment we have created through a strong understanding of DevOps best practices.

Breaking new ground at Atlassian: Building a high-performance digital whiteboard is a first of its kind at Atlassian. We often have to find novel solutions to complex performance and realtime collaborative challenges.

Interest in cutting edge tech: Web GL, CRDTs, Cloudflare Durable Objects, AI models… we have plenty of exciting technologies that we use

What we’re looking for

• Experienced manager who is excited about supporting a team of +-12 engineers in a high growth environment

• Keen to work on a visual and engaging product where a high quality experience is a key customer expectation

• Background in WebGL, highly interactive & collaborative applications or building AI features is a plus
