Join us. We're hiring an Team Manager, Leadership Operations - Engineering. You are an experienced people manager and Executive Business Partner, with a background in supporting Engineering leaders at scale, and a deep understanding of craft excellence and talent management. As a Team Manager, you’ll lead talent management and development for a team of Executive and Administrative Business Partners, aligning with Atlassian’s Engineering Leadership to raise the bar on craft. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex your deep EA skills, stepping in to support leaders as needed on a short term basis. You'll report into our centralized Leadership Operations team.
What you'll do
You will have two areas of focus:

People Manager Roles and Responsibilities, including:
Manage a team of craft professionals, drive priorities from the business, and own coverage planning.
Own delivery of craft projects that up-level the impact of our team and scale our ability to support Atlassian leaders.
Build relationships and drive regular feedback with Engineering leaders.
Build a deep understanding for what success looks like from a leader perspective, educate and onboard leaders, and maximize the value and impact we have on the business.
Coach, mentor, and support your team members in their professional development to help unlock their full potential and growth.

Core EA Roles and Responsibilities, including:
Deliver excellence in all foundational EA tasks - calendar management, email management, travel, expenses, and administration.
Support your team’s leaders, as needed, on a coverage basis. This will include coordinating with business partners to stay in rhythm on priorities and actions. Participating in meetings, taking notes, and leading action items. Running virtual and in-person events. Helping draft communications (presentations, blogs, emails) and reviewing datasets (ex: engagement surveys) to create insightful reports.

To be successful in this role:
You're a passionate and experienced leader. You have a good sense of TEAM and experience leading a team to create high impact partnerships with senior leaders.
You're a strategic partner: You have successfully supported Engineering senior leaders in high-growth technology companies.
You're a craft expert: You have experience planning remote and in-person events and meetings at scale. You work at speed and navigate new technologies and systems that make work more efficient.
You can run with direction, and make judgement calls based on data and experience. You're a high performer and keen to drive impact. You have experience managing conflicting priorities and prioritizing demands, you focus on solutions, and are comfortable navigating change and removing blockers.

In terms of experience, this means:
You have 10+ years demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders
You have 2+ years experience leading and creating engaged, motivated teams
