Your future team

We are looking for a Product Designer to be a key pillar in the Growth Design team. In this role, you will report into the Head Of Design, Growth and join an organisation consisting of multiple teams across North America and Australia. As an individual contributor, you'll lead the design work for your growth squad, aiming to deliver a better time to value for our customers. You will partner with other Growth designers and multiple design teams across the company. Together, you will create high quality experiences that feel like they came from one set of hands and communicate a strong point of view. Leading this space means you will focus on expanding our over 250,000 customer base in 190 countries, having direct impact for tens of thousands of customers and millions of users!


What you'll do

  • Use experimentation and data to drive design decision-making

  • Advocate the importance of designing for growth across your team

  • Work with product managers, engineering and other partners to fine-tune existing experiences to improve SAAS flywheel performance

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ideate, design and ship great customer experiences

  • Grow your craft expertise and contribute to our wider design teams patterns and libraries.

Qualifications

  • 3 years + of experience as a core product designer

  • Strong visual and interaction design portfolio

  • Ability to drive better customer experiences through story-telling

  • Experience working on a Growth team or using experimentation methodologies

  • Understanding the importance of balancing customer needs with business goals, experience quality, with technical feasibility

  • Experience with SaaS desirable

  • Strong understanding and experience working with design systems

  • Experience in shipping a range of smaller and larger experiences; from smaller experiments like ads to full-blown features

  • Confident working through a full lifecycle from customer problem, to research and ideation, solutions, iteration and measurement
