Your future team
Our Channel Sales Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in enterprise partnerships, business development, and solution selling. We develop and support our solution partners to cultivate a diverse, well rounded partner ecosystem that can support the dynamic needs of Atlassian's business and customers.
Reporting to the Channel Team Lead for LATAM, We're seeking an experienced sales professional that knows how to onboard, develop, enable, and manage our growing network of emerging solution partners in Latin America & Canada. We're looking for someone who knows how to build partner relationships, motivate partners to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to grow their Atlassian business, and drive joint business planning to grow the relationship.
What you’ll do:
Manage a portfolio of partners within one or more territories across Latin America & Canada
Identify, plan with and develop business plans for high potential partners.
Onboard and orient partners with minimal ramp up time and maximum productivity.
Educate, equip and enable partners on the program requirements, benefits and resources available to them.
Drive partners to achieve accreditations and certifications.
Manage a quarterly budget of marketing development funds.
Ensure partners follow sales and marketing best practices that generate pipeline and return on investment.
Assign new leads to partners with professional communications and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Review situations from your named partners where they need assistance for technical and billing questions and escalate as needed.
Lead partner check ins, cadence calls, and quarterly business reviews.
Track partner compliance, metrics and performance.
Resolve partner accreditation & certification issues.
Support partner eLearning in the Atlassian Enablement Academy.
Your background
At least two years experience in a channel development role with a proven ability to build rapport with partners, OR roughly 5 years experience in a direct sales role
You understand what it takes to enable and equip partners for success, and you're passionate about seeing partners succeed & realize the value proposition of our unique business model.
A drive to represent Atlassian's Channel and advocate on behalf of our partners.
Comfort working with and presenting to an executive audience.
Proven track record of establishing and maintain effective relationships with partners as well as internal cross-functional teams and their leaders.
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $163,100 - $217,400
Zone B: $146,800 - $195,700
Zone C: $135,400 - $180,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
