What You’ll Do:
Oversee a team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives
Coach EDRs in self-source prospecting, holding discovery calls, and strategic customer engagement
Conduct performance evaluations and hold conversations with direct reports regularly to track progress on their goals
Responsible for achieving pipeline goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Cultivate a positive and engaged culture of using metrics for strategic action
You lead with vision in our value messaging and are involved in solution based sales cycles
More About You:
2+ years of experience managing a sales team in the technology industry
Consistent achievement of revenue goals
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a team of sales representatives for meeting role expectations and career goals
Great at prioritization and and ability to complete work
You contribute and drive change to improve the team's ability to hit goals in an efficient way
Proficient in sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach and ABM technologies
Experience working with leaders such as demand generation, sales operations and enablement
