Your future team
Our Services Solutions team consists of professionals experienced in Professional Services Sales, focused on helping customers maximize the value of our software. We are looking for a Head of Global Services Solutions to report to the Global Head of Advisory Services. We are looking for a leader with expertise in building and managing Professional Services Sales teams. You will develop our Enterprise Services Sales process in collaboration with the Software Sales team, lead Solutions Sales Advisors in selling our services, and work with delivery teams to ensure customers receive value from the services provided.
What you'll do
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a global professional services sales team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, ensuring team members meet performance metrics.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of professional services sales plan. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, delivering services within scope and budget.
Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Engage with customers pre-sale to understand their needs and tailor services accordingly.
Customer Success and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding to the value of services delivered. Be a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their business goals through our services.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer success, to provide a cohesive approach to customer engagement and service delivery.
Your background
10+ years of experience in leading professional services sales teams within the technology or enterprise software industry.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving forecast accuracy.
People management and team development skills, with the ability to quickly enable new capabilities to team members.
Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering value and achieving customer outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $213,800 - $285,000
Zone B: $192,400 - $256,500
Zone C: $177,400 - $236,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
