• Lead and implement key projects within the ER function, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

• Support the Head of ER, ER Leadership Team, and Global ER Team with insights and recommendations on initiatives and transformations.

• Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and execute process improvements to boost team efficiency.

• Align Employee Relations and our stakeholders on strategies and deliverables.

• Develop and support with implementing change management strategies for smooth transitions.

• Build strong relationships to align ER initiatives with organisational objectives.

• Use data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

• Deliver regular and meaningful updates on project progress and initiatives to various stakeholders.

• Stay informed on industry trends to drive innovation within the ER team.

• Proven background in employee relations or HR, with project management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

• Ability to align initiatives with organisational goals.

• Strong experience in implementing change strategies at scale.

• Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously.
