We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised pro who loves using technology to boost operations and meet the changing needs of employees and stakeholders. Success here means working closely with Data Engineering, Finance, and People teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing metrics and ongoing reporting to support real estate decisions and design initiatives (portfolio balancing, footprint expansion/contraction, space programming).

  • Using data visualisation, statistics, and storytelling to answer business questions; build scalable insights using Tableau, Looker, and Databricks.

  • Developing cross-functional partnerships with finance and engineering teams to ensure data quality and reporting outputs; consult with data engineers on scalable data infrastructure.

  • Independently managing our portfolio of reports and dashboards, including operational dashboards (utilisation, occupancy, cost metrics), Office Pulse surveys, and program-specific reporting such as Atlassian on Tour and Team Camp.

  • Designing, automating, and optimising our Jira Service Management (JSM) ticket classification workflows.

  • Compiling and delivering data for quarterly People Insights Executive Operations reports.

  • Identifying gaps and executing solutions for reporting and insights; maintain data quality while integrating new data sources into SQL/Databricks and BI layers.

Your Background

  • 5–7 years in analytics, BI, or operations, with hands-on experience building metrics and reporting for portfolio or workplace programs.

  • Proficient with Tableau and SQL; exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms; comfortable joining data across sources and ensuring data quality.

  • Experience building automated dashboards for utilisation, occupancy, cost metrics, and survey insights (e.g., Office Pulse).

  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

  • Working knowledge of statistics and data storytelling; capable of recommending actions grounded in evidence.

  • Experience designing and optimising workflows in Jira Service Management (e.g., ticket classification and automation).

  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Data Engineering, and People teams; able to balance ad‑hoc requests with planned deliverables.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management; comfortable operating in a distributed, fast-paced environment.

  • Nice to have: familiarity with Looker, Python or R for analysis, and experience supporting large human resource and workplace programs.
