  • Conducting customer and partner interviews that translate insight into action

  • Creating product specs that meet user and business needs

  • Researching and communicating competitive analysis

  • Researching and communicating new market and product opportunities


Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program and are graduating by Spring 2026.

  • Have a passion for building and analyzing technology products, customer needs, and market dynamics

  • Have an interest in translating customer insights into meaningful results for our engineering teams

  • Be able to think from multiple perspectives, including our customers and development teams

  • Deep understanding of the value of collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial experience in any domain

  • Internship experience in product management, software or consulting

  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of software development

  • An understanding of what constitutes good design, either through design/UI work of your own or working with designers in a team

  • Experience driving decisions in the face of ambiguity and change

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $117,000 - $152,750

Zone B: $105,300 - $137,475

Zone C: $97,200 - $126,900

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
