Partner with Internal AI & Data Engineering teams to plan, build and test AI solutions. Run experimentation: dataset preparation, exploratory data analysis, prompt/feature requirements, modeling, evaluation, testing and guardrails.
Build customized Atlassian Rovo agents using Forge & Studio.
Collaborate with T&E and Data Engineering teams to perform data analysis and build dashboards/visualizations to support business and compliance requests.
Team up with Data Engineering to improve data quality, lineage, and documentation for scaling.
Drive improvements to business processes by addressing performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities through analytics, AI, and automation.
Understands AI and ML concepts. Comfortable working with financial data.
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL; comfortable collaborating with Data Engineering.
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools: Databricks and Tableau.
Solid statistics: experimental design, causal inference basics, regression etc.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
Experience with Atlassian products.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years working with data.
