In support of our mission, we are seeking a Coordinator, B2B Sales to join our Corporate Development Team. Want to help us transform the travel experience? The ideal candidate will have experience providing best in class customer experience, managing a large customer base, and creating new, efficient processes.

The Coordinator, B2B Sales role reports to the Senior Manager, B2B Sales and will require an in-office presence for critical moments, as defined by the hiring manager.

What you'll do as the Coordinator of B2B Sales:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our B2B program, from inquiry to completion, including personalization, order fulfillment, and customer relationship management

  • Coordinate execution of corporate orders including inventory identification, corporate personalization production, special order requests, shipping, and fulfillment strategy

  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships by effectively communicating our B2B program and offerings

  • Leverage sales and account management principles to grow an ongoing pipeline of accounts

  • Support implementation of outbound sales strategies

  • Establish workflows and best practices in our CRM tool

  • Own and analyze data sets that track performance and drive strategy

  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and develop new tools to increase efficiencies in corporate personalization production and fulfillment

  • Monitor competitive corporate gifting programs and compile findings for continuous improvement of our program

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in an operations, account management, or project management role

  • You enjoy finding the best possible process to complete a task and relish implementing those processes as common practice

  • You are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable taking on responsibility

  • You are thoughtful and meticulous, with a high level of attention to detail

  • You are proficient in Excel and understand how to organize and manipulate data

  • You are an excellent communicator with a capability of always finding the right tone and delivery to best meet client needs

  • You’re a detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver

  • Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)

Compensation Package:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.

  • Salary Range: $89,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually

  • This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Annual Company Performance Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on an annual basis at the discretion of the company

  • Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company
