In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the strategic vision, development, optimization, and scaling of our global paid media efforts. You’ll oversee multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic display while ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and allocate substantial paid media budgets across channels, including search, display, social media, video, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
- Develop comprehensive paid media plans that align with business goals, marketing initiatives, and integrated campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Global Campaigns, Creative, Content, and Marketing Operations to ensure campaign cohesion.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including agencies and technology partners, ensuring they meet performance and growth expectations.
- Continuously stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Axonius stays at the cutting edge of paid media innovation.
- Run A/B tests to determine the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies for each campaign.

Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-7+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in B2B or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and programmatic display.
- Experience managing large budgets ($1M+ annually) with a deep understanding of how to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and drive business outcomes.
- Experience managing paid media agencies and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and performance expectations.
- Experience with ABM strategies: Proven ability to integrate paid media efforts within an account-based marketing framework to target high-value accounts, drive engagement, and support personalized campaign execution.
- Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X, and YouTube. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms a plus (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with attribution models, lead scoring, and marketing funnel strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
