WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The Junior Systems Administrator, reporting to the Engineering Department, will be responsible for managing daily operations within our iPaaS environments. This key role will serve as second-in-command for these platforms, overseeing integrations across our ERP and front-end sales channels, encompassing both existing and new implementations.

Core responsibilities include conducting systems testing for new deployments and acting as the SME to facilitate communication between change management processes and internal stakeholders. The position will play a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation by reducing the need for external development vendors to handle administrative and low-level tasks.

Additionally, the Junior Systems Administrator will be instrumental in bridging the gap between front-end and back-end requirements, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations across our technology stack. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute significantly to our organization's technological infrastructure and operational efficiency.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of all Integration related tasks
  • Gather and refine the understanding of stakeholder requirements for Systems upgrades
  • Evaluate requests for assistance and respond to users within agreed service level standards
  • Interview users or query for additional information about requests as needed
  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Celigo and Boomi Integrations
  • Revise Engineering Department SOP documentation as required
  • Train/re-train users on solutions as required
  • Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.)

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Manage internal bandwidth and timely execution of assigned tasks
  • Possess strong organizational, communicational, and customer service skills
  • Work on simultaneous projects across multiple time zones
  • Work independently or in a team environment
  • Minimum three years of Shopify Plus experience
  • Minimum three years of iPaaS experience
  • Minimum two years of Project Management experience
  • Minimum one year of NetSuite experience
  • Knowledge of communication protocols: JSON, React
  • Working Experience with communication protocols: API, (S)FTP, HTTP(S), XML, SQL
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working in CI/CD
