What You'll OwnEscalation & High-Risk Moderation — ~50%- Adjudicating nuanced, high-stakes content that junior reviewers can't resolve- Managing repeat-offender investigations and formal appeals- Holding the line on consistent policy interpretation across global markets- Maintaining documentation that would survive a compliance audit or client inquiry Global Contractor Oversight — ~30%- Monitor queue health and SLA performance- Run structured QA audits and calibration sessions- Identify enforcement drift before it becomes a pattern- Deliver direct, actionable feedback that actually changes behavior Operational Governance & Reporting — ~20%- Track volume, escalation rates, and emerging risk patterns- Produce weekly and monthly executive summaries for internal and client stakeholders- Support compliance and client reporting requirements- Drive the operational groundwork for AI-assisted Tier 1 automation Compensation & LocationBase Salary: $85,000.
