Your Mission
We are looking for a creative Employer Branding Apprentice to join our People team. You will work closely with the Employer Branding Manager to develop fresh ideas that help meet our employer branding, recruitment, and diversity & inclusion goals.
Your responsibilities
- Taking lead on the ambassador program to engage our internal talent to become proud ambassadors of BlaBlaCar, and contribute to our employer brand
- Monitoring and creating content across channels that showcase BlaBlaCar as a great place to work (career website, social media, job boards, etc)
- Managing our participation in events to attract top candidates and showcase our expertise (tech conferences, meetups, etc)
- Performing regular market research and sharing industry insights so that we can stay on top of employer branding best practices and continuously increase brand awareness
Your qualifications
- You have experience with community outreach and can rally people around a cause
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
- You are fluent in English. French or Portuguese is a plus

- a 30-minute interview with our Employer Branding Manager,Victor Rubin, to get to know you, assess your job fit to the role, and answer your questions
- a fully remote exercise to evaluate your technical skills followed by a 60-min interview with Victor to review your exercise and to give you more insights into the role and further discuss your background
- a 30-min video-call with our Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement, Mélanie Pimentel, for a final validation
