Your Mission
We are looking for a Distribution Intern to join the Operated Bus team at BlaBlaCar. Your mission will be to support the account managers in the negotiation and sales phases of the BlaBlaCar network via various distribution channels. In this role you will grow your skills in procurement and strategic thinking. You will manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, and embrace a wide scope of tasks from. As such, the role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal skills, and strong commitment.

Your responsibilities

  • Improve profitability of the lines by collaborating with the Marketing team and the pricing team preparing the right campaigns for the right network
  • Ensure BlaBlaCar inventory is properly sold across all distribution platforms
  • Manage reporting of revenues generated by online travel agencies and Marketplace partners
  • Support the Bus Partner Manager in managing their offline distribution at their ticket offices (prepare the contractual and operational start-up of the new ticket office network)
  • Prospect for best operators in west Europe and beyond to add to our inventory
  • Act as the main point of contact to coordinate with our operations team and third party players for integration in marketplace and other initiatives

Your qualifications

  • You have operational agility and solution-driven mindset
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble and enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • Full working proficiency in French and English (Italian or Spanish is a plus)

  • Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won’t be able to proceed with your application otherwise.
