This opportunity is for BlaBlaCar Daily which is BlaBlaCar’s Business Unit dedicated to short distance (less than 80 km distance) carpooling and in particular work to home commute. It is operated with a dedicated mobile application and brand. Strengthened by the acquisition merger of Klaxit in April 2023, short distance carpooling usage is growing rapidly (+60% volume usage YoY in 2023), in collaboration with local collectivities (B2G) and private employers (B2B) co-financing partners.
Your Mission
We are looking for an account manager B2G intern to join the Account/Ops B2G Team at BlaBlaCar Daily. Their mission is to support our partner local authorities in the implementation of our solution, the growth of carpooling journeys, and the sustainability of BlaBlaCar Daily as a transport solution for the region. As account manager B2G intern your role is to support our local authorities partners in taking charge of the communication tools offered by BlaBlaCar Daily. You will be reporting to the Account/Ops Team Manager and working with a team of 6 people.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the B2G Account Managers team in promoting BlaBlaCar daily carpooling in our partner territories (metropolitan areas, urban communities, communities of communes), throughout France
  • Organize, in conjunction with the technical teams of the communities and the Account Managers
  • Provision and customization of communication tools for each territory;
  • Large-scale physical and digital communication campaigns to ensure the visibility of BlaBlaCar Daily locally
  • Conduct awareness-raising workshops at the main employers in the territories - making contacts, presenting BlaBlaCar Daily and its advantages, and operational implementation
  • Organize street marketing campaigns - targeting, and operational implementation
  • Monitor the proper execution of services and their effectiveness in promoting the practice of daily carpooling on the ground

Your qualifications

  • You enjoy engaging with high-level customers, understanding their needs, and finding suitable solutions
  • You have a particular taste for communication / promoting an innovative and ecological solution
  • You enjoy taking initiative, innovating, and proposing ideas to delight customers and ensure process success
  • You are able to quickly acquire a lot of autonomy, you know how to adapt to a changing environment and challenging missions
  • You are highly organized
  • Full working proficiency in English and French is required

  • Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won’t be able to proceed with your application otherwise.
