Your Mission
The Vice President of Finance will lead and oversee the finance functions across an international portfolio, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, effective cash management, and alignment with global tax and transfer pricing regulations. This role is instrumental in providing financial leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and managing financial compliance and operational aspects in both B2B and B2C sectors.
The VP of Finance will manage and develop diverse finance teams across accounting, consolidation, tax, and cash management functions, fostering collaboration in a complex, multinational environment that includes operations in challenging markets. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic acumen, and a business-oriented mindset to navigate complex financial landscapes and ensure effective financial operations.

Oversee and support consolidated group financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with external partners for consolidated financial statements, while maintaining a robust internal understanding of complex IFRS matters.
Supervise the Accounting & Tax teams and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations, including specific requirements in emerging markets (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, India, Ukraine, Russia).
Oversee transfer pricing policies and strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize tax positions across complex international geographies.
Lead cash management operations with a focus on cash forecasting (including rolling 13-week direct methods) and liquidity planning.
Optimize cash repatriation strategies and cross-border financial flows across all relevant entities, ensuring adequate liquidity and cost-efficient structures.
Manage and provide strategic direction to four distinct teams: Accounting & Tax France, Consolidation & International (excluding Russia/Ukraine/Poland), Cash Management, and Finance for Ukraine/Poland.
Provide a dotted-line oversight of the CFO Russia operations, ensuring synergy and alignment with global finance strategy.
Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process and compliance with required regulations.
Report key finance topics and provide updates to the Audit Committee, fostering transparency and accountability in all financial matters.
Lead and execute strategic projects, such as electronic invoicing and reporting enhancements, to drive process efficiency and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Act as a strategic finance partner, understanding and aligning finance initiatives with the broader business objectives in both B2C and B2B contexts.
Provide actionable insights and guidance to business units to address financial and operational challenges.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing finance team culture; provide coaching, mentorship, and support for professional development across managed teams.
Ensure clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, adapting messages for various audiences.
Represent the finance function in senior leadership meetings and cross-functional projects.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in multinational environments, with strong exposure to both B2C and B2B sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IFRS standards, consolidation processes, transfer pricing, and cash repatriation strategies. Experience with cash forecasting methods and electronic invoicing is highly advantageous.
- International Experience: Proven track record managing complex finance issues in diverse geographies, including ideally emerging markets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive high-impact results.
- Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English and French (oral and written). Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with a business-oriented mindset that aligns finance with organizational goals.
