Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Officer at BlackBuck in Panipat. The role involves managing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring smooth business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales initiatives within the trucking ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Finance knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Minimum qualification - 12T or Diploma in any specific field
