Job Summary:

We are looking for a Trainer/ Sr.Trainer /Lead Trainer with experience in the Sales / Customer Care industry to train New and Existing employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales and Process Training (Optional: Customer Service Training)

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & English (Minimum 2 south languages is a must and Hindi will be an added advantage)

Qualification:

Graduate

Skills Required:

Sales Training, Training delivery (Primarily Virtual Training) , Content development & Presentation, Knowledge of learning principles, Soft-Skills, Strong communication, Coaching, Facilitation, and performance improvement program skills

Responsibilities

1. Conduct New Hire Training Virualy and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

2. Drive the Learning Journey of a New Hire for 45 Days.

3. Deliver refresher training, Product & Process Updates, and value-add sessions for New and Existing employees.

4. Conduct Job Knowledge Quiz Fortnightly & Monthly

5. Drive On-The-Job Training process with the Stakeholders

6. Conduct Skills-based Training to enhance team capabilities.

7. Provide monitoring and coaching to improve individual and team performance.

8. Track and measure the efficacy of training programs conducted.

9. Collaborate with the stakeholders.

10. Monthly field visits with the Sales team on-field.

11. Maintain training reports and documentation.
