Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection.

Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Maintain recruitment reports and drive hiring targets.
