Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager, located in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, developing business plans, and implementing account management strategies. The role will require regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in developing and executing Business Planning strategies
  • Experience in Transport Services
  • Experience in Concept Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
