Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales executives to join our team and drive sales through

effective telephone-based outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our

products/services.

Sales Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by understanding customer

requirements and offering tailored solutions.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the

CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share best practices and

improve sales strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills
