Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Relationship Officer located in Baripada. The role involves managing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product and service information, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and participating in customer feedback processes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in logistics or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
