We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a fresher, you will be trained to make outbound calls, explain product or service offerings, and convert leads into potential customers. If you enjoy talking to people and have a knack for sales, this role is for you!

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or data
• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively
• Answer questions, handle objections, and convert interest into confirmed sales
• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools or Excel
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Collaborate with team leaders for feedback and training

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking ability in English and at least one regional language (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
• Patience, listening skills, and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively

• 10+2 / Any Graduate (B.Com, B.A, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or telecalling experience is a plus
