Strategy &amp; Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and scripts to expand customer base. Performance Management: Monitor individual/team KPIs, analyze sales data, provide feedback, and conduct training/coaching. Customer &amp; Escalations: Handle escalated customer complaints and build strong customer relationships. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, optimize sales processes, and ensure policy compliance. </div>
