Role Description

The Territory Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing daily sales operations. Key duties include identifying and building strong relationships with clients, executing sales strategies to meet targets, and ensuring smooth sales processes. The role also involves resolving customer queries, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to overall business growth within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building skills to foster enduring partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client engagement and internal collaboration.
  • Experience in territory management or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
