Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and support to enhance team productivity and sales performance.
Conduct regular field visits with Area Market Officers (AMOs) to deliver on-the-job training, ensure alignment with sales targets, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Lead by example by onboarding Booking Offices during field visits and demonstrating best sales practices.
Proactively identify and resolve challenges faced by the team, implementing effective problem-solving strategies to maintain sales momentum and achieve business goals.
Take ownership of achieving targets across key business metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Monitor and drive team discipline by tracking input metrics such as attendance, customer meetings, field activities, and overall productivity.
Analyze customer data and provide strategic direction to CROs to ensure regular, meaningful, and productive customer engagement.
Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and adherence to organizational processes and standards.
