Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bareilly. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing tailored jewellery recommendations. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, demonstrating product knowledge, supporting in-store promotions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining store aesthetics and assisting with inventory management will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement skills, including the ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored recommendations
• Proficiency in sales techniques, target achievement, and working towards revenue generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
• Knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and trends, including gold, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones
• Experience in in-store operations and inventory management is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive environment
• Prior experience in retail sales or luxury/goods industry is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
