Role Description
As a Sales Executive at BlueStone, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience. In this full-time on-site role located in Palwal, you will assist customers visiting the store, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the ideal jewelry items. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining a well-organized store, handling customer inquiries, and staying updated on jewelry products and offers to provide tailored recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with customers and effectively understanding their needs.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory.
- Knowledge of jewelry products, including gold, diamonds, platinum, and gemstones, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented retail environment.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in sales, marketing, or business development is favorable.
