About Bridgetown Research

Bridgetown Research is building the AI platform transforming how management consulting firms, investment firms, and corporate strategy teams perform research, diligence, and strategic analysis.

Our customers use Bridgetown to answer strategic questions faster, conduct deeper diligence, accelerate market research, and fundamentally transform how knowledge work gets done. Rather than replacing consultants and investors, we help the world's leading knowledge organizations operate with dramatically greater speed, quality, and leverage.

Backed by Lightspeed and Accel, our team includes former leaders from McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Gartner, Accenture, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Google DeepMind.

About the Role

We're looking for a small number of exceptional Strategic Account Directors to build executive relationships with the world's leading consulting firms, investment firms, and enterprise strategy organizations.

Unlike traditional enterprise sales roles, this position focuses on developing long-term strategic partnerships that lead to firm-wide enterprise platform adoption.

You'll engage directly with Managing Partners, CEOs, Practice Leaders, Operating Partners, Chief Strategy Officers, and other executive decision makers to help shape how their organizations leverage AI to transform knowledge work.

This is a true hunter role. Success comes from identifying transformational opportunities, building executive trust, and converting strategic relationships into long-term partnerships.

Why This Role Matters

AI is fundamentally changing how strategic work gets done.

As one of Bridgetown's first Strategic Account Directors, you'll help define how many of the world's most influential consulting firms, investment firms, and enterprises embrace AI as a new operating model—not simply another software platform.

The relationships you build won't just create customers—they'll help shape an entire industry.

What You'll Do

• Develop executive relationships across management consulting firms, investment firms, and enterprise strategy organizations.

• Identify, originate, and close strategic opportunities that lead to firm-wide platform adoption.

• Build trusted relationships with Managing Partners, CEOs, COOs, Chief Strategy Officers, Practice Leaders, Operating Partners, and other senior executives.

• Collaborate closely with Bridgetown leadership to shape strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, and market expansion.

• Represent Bridgetown with senior executives at customer meetings, industry events, and executive forums.

• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to strengthen Bridgetown's market position.

Who You Are

• Executive relationships are your competitive advantage. You've earned the trust of senior leaders within our target customers and are comfortable engaging as a peer and trusted advisor.

• Demonstrated track record of creating strategic relationships that resulted in significant commercial outcomes.

• Thrive in complex, consultative environments where credibility matters as much as commercial skill. • AI-curious and excited to help reshape knowledge work.

• Excited to help build an enduring company.
